The event site includes the entire parking area, the entire campsite and the entire core/stage area. By entering the grounds, visitors accept these house rules. Instructions of security staff and authorised persons must be followed. If the rules are broken, the organiser will exercise householder’s rights. At open-air events, weather or other circumstances may cause unexpected changes (programme interruptions, evacuations, tent clearances, etc.). These measures are announced on screens and/or by loudspeaker and by security – their instructions must be followed without exception. Climbing, standing or sitting on fences, grids, façades, towers or other structures is forbidden. Road traffic regulations apply on all paths. Discriminatory or racist behaviour and any form of violence lead to expulsion.
We aim to make the site as accessible as possible. Visitors with disabilities may, after telephone pre-registration, be driven to the core-area entrance. In the event tent there is a wheelchair platform with an unobstructed view of the stage. Accessible toilets are next to the core-area entrance. The VIP area is only partly accessible.
Anyone who must carry regular medication or syringes for medical reasons (e.g. diabetes) may do so only with a doctor’s confirmation.
The grounds may be entered only with a valid ticket for the event and during opening hours. Ticket checks take place first at the car park; ticket exchange is directly before the stage/core entrance. Without a valid ticket or accreditation, entry may be refused. Security may search bags, rucksacks and visitors for dangerous or prohibited items.
Open fire is strictly forbidden on the entire event site.
Bringing and consuming drugs is strictly forbidden on the entire festival site (parking, camping and core/stage area). The organisers may search clothing, containers and items on entry or if there is reasonable suspicion. People under the influence of drugs, drunk or riotous visitors, or anyone violating public-order or criminal law, will be refused entry or removed.
The PA is sealed according to legal requirements. Levels may still be exceeded locally; please use the free ear protection. It cannot be guaranteed that permitted decibel levels apply at every point.
Avoid waste first, then dispose of it. Bins are provided across the site. Most drinks are served in reusable cups; deposit is refunded at return points.
In an acute emergency, inform the nearest security staff immediately. Fire extinguishers are on site; defibrillators are with the paramedics. Security, fire brigade, police and paramedics are present during camping and core-area opening hours.
Any wilful vandalism is forbidden on the entire site.
In case of breaches or concrete indications of expected breaches, the organiser may demand ID, expel the person, impose a house ban for serious cases, forward data to the authorities and remove wristbands. Tickets already purchased are not refunded.
No liability for lost or stolen valuables. Do not leave valuables unattended on the campsite. Lost property can be handed in at the info stand in the core area; uncollected items go to the municipality of Wiesen after the event.
Dangerous items are forbidden across the site, including: weapons of any kind; objects usable as weapons, hitting, stabbing or throwing devices – including umbrellas, sticks, helmets, large flags and bulky items; glass, PET bottles, drink bottles, cartons, kegs and cans in the core area; glass on the campsite (PET, bottles, cartons, kegs up to 5 litres without tap systems, and cans for personal use are allowed on the campsite); pyrotechnics and laser pointers; gas cartridges or flammable liquids; animals; drones; other items that could affect safety or the reputation of artists or the event. Security or an authorised person decides on the hazard and enforcement.
The Burgenland youth-protection act applies. Please use adequate hearing and sun protection for children and take rest breaks away from the noise. Children and young people up to the completed 12th year enter free, only accompanied by an adult. Presence in public places and at public events is allowed for young people up to 14 only from 5:00 to 23:00, and up to 16 only from 5:00 to 1:00; outside those hours only with an accompanying person or a justifying reason (e.g. way home). From the 13th year the full ticket price applies. Supervision remains with the accompanying adults.
These rules apply to the car park at the Ottakringer Arena Wiesen. Entry is only for visitors with a valid ticket during opening hours. By entering/driving in, visitors accept these rules and statutory provisions. Security instructions and the StVO apply. Camping, tents or overnight camps in the car park are forbidden. Do not dump rubbish. Do not park on traffic lanes between rows. The organiser is not liable for personal or property damage in the car park. If cars get stuck in wet ground they may be pulled out by tractor; the organiser is held harmless for dirt or damage in that process.
In addition to these camping rules, the house rules of Wiesen Comfort Camping apply. The campsite may be used only with a valid event ticket and during camping opening hours. Visitors must not disturb or endanger others. Bag and person searches are accepted on entry. Forbidden: campfires and open fire; gas cookers and gas devices for visitors; extra gas bottles and fuels beyond built-in tanks in motorhomes/caravans; unnecessary fire loads such as furniture; pyrotechnics; weapons; digging holes; blocking paths or emergency exits with tents; driving vehicles on the campsite (except emergency and organiser vehicles); party/pagoda tents that do not cover at least 50% of the sleeping tent; sleeping in caravan awnings; sleeping tents next to estate cars; glass and bulky waste, beer crates, beer tables and benches; damaging showers, chemical toilets or organiser equipment; climbing towers or container roofs; sharp or bulky objects; damaging or climbing fences; reserving unused camping space; drugs; animals; generators and playing music (officially banned); destroying trees or plants; sleeping outside the campsite. Visitors who break the rules or disturb quiet hours receive a camping ban. The organiser is not liable for items brought onto the campsite and only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. After closing, no liability remains for people still on site. Ignoring the camping rules can mean a site ban and loss of admission. Security represents householder’s rights.
The core area may be used only with a valid ticket during opening hours. Person and bag searches apply. Visitors consent to TV and other recordings of them on the grounds (including the campsite) being used without compensation, without time or place limit. If there is a wavebreaker in front of the stage, security regulates access; when full it is closed. Forbidden: weapons or dangerous objects; glass, PET, bottles, cartons, canisters, kegs and cans; bulky items such as stools, chairs, crates; poles, umbrellas, torches, sticks; pyrotechnics; studded belts; leaflets unless allowed; drugs; animals; throwing objects; bringing food and drinks; stagediving and crowdsurfing; pushing at barriers and exits; blocking escape routes; lighting objects (except smoking products); urinating outside toilets; damaging equipment; climbing towers or fences; entering the stage or backstage. The visit is at your own risk. Concerts may cause hearing or other health damage; use free ear protection at the info stand. Liability only for intent or gross negligence by the organiser. After closing, no remaining liability. The rules apply from build-up until strike.
