The Burgenland youth-protection act applies. Children up to the completed 12th year enter free only with an adult; from the 13th year the full price applies. Supervision remains with accompanying adults. Presence of young people in public and at events: up to 14 from 5:00 to 23:00, up to 16 from 5:00 to 1:00, otherwise only with an accompanying person or a justifying reason.
The organiser’s contractual and statutory liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, without prejudice to liability for initial impossibility, cardinal duties and injury to life, body or health caused by negligence of the organiser or intent/negligence of a legal representative or vicarious agent.
Tickets may only be bought at official outlets and the organiser’s online shop. Forged tickets are not accepted and the holder will be expelled. On first entry tickets are cancelled and a wristband is fitted; the wristband replaces the ticket. Re-entry requires an undamaged wristband.
For safety and waste reduction there is a security check. Glass bottles, PET, glass containers, cans, plastic canisters, cool bags or other heavy containers as well as torches, pyrotechnics, weapons and other dangerous items must not be brought in; otherwise entry may be refused unless the items are surrendered. Only compact cameras and phones with a camera are allowed; SLR cameras, zoom or video cameras and audio recorders are forbidden.
The visitor irrevocably consents to unpaid use of their image and voice in photos, live streams, broadcasts and recordings by the organiser or third parties in all present and future media. For important reasons (e.g. offences or fireworks) the organiser may exclude the visitor; the ticket then loses validity without refund.
Liability for hearing and other health damage only in case of intent or negligence or breach of a traffic safety duty. Stay away from speaker stacks; ear plugs are strongly recommended near stages. Winning tickets are non-transferable after validation. Private resale above face value plus proven fees is forbidden, as is use for raffles; breach voids the ticket. Lost tickets are not replaced.
Tents on the concert grounds are forbidden; camping only on marked pitches, opened by section as needed. Wild camping is prosecuted. No unofficial fireplaces. Travel and parking are at the visitor’s own risk; wild parking is prosecuted. Parking and camping are separate; there is no claim to a specific pitch. Escape routes must stay clear. Programme changes may occur; no claims if individual artists cancel. Access to limited-capacity areas follows licensed numbers. Areas may be cleared for safety without partial refund. The concert takes place in any weather. On-site notices and staff instructions apply, as do notices on the official website.
Entering the grounds means agreement. Follow stewards. Entry only with an undamaged festival wristband. Obviously drunk or conspicuous visitors have no claim to entry. Body and bag search for prohibited items (weapons, tools, pyro, chairs, professional recording gear, animals, bulky items). Non-alcoholic drinks in original sealed cartons up to 1 litre may be brought; free drinking-water points are on site. Do not sit on escape routes. No animals. No liability for burglary, theft, fire, nature or force majeure. Lockers may be available. Use bins. Youth-protection law applies. No urinating outside toilets. No vandalism. No climbing walls, fences, masts, buildings or toilets. Unauthorised persons will be expelled. Respect other visitors. Ignoring the rules can mean full exclusion without refund. Endangering others (e.g. fireworks) is strictly forbidden.
Entering a parking or camping area means agreement. Follow staff; StVO applies. Max. 3.5 t except designated motorhome areas. Uninsured or unsafe vehicles lose parking rights. Wild parking and wild camping are prosecuted; blocking vehicles may be towed at the owner’s cost. No claim to a specific pitch. Vehicles are not guarded; parking at own risk. No liability for theft or damage. The event takes place in any weather; areas may be cleared without partial refund. Camping only with wristband. Luggage may be moved with hand carts; car trailers are not allowed on camping pitches. Search for prohibited items (weapons, tools, pyro, furniture, bulky waste, firewood, water-hazardous substances, gas bottles outside approved motorhome installations, glass, dry ice, acid batteries) – such items may be confiscated. Allowed: tents and personal kit with provisions. The site is in a landscape-protection area; generators are banned. No sound systems. Do not dig trenches or holes. Keep rescue lanes clear. No animals. No open fires. Use issued rubbish bags. Keep toilets and showers clean. No water pollution. Youth protection applies. No damage to trees. Leave pitches tidy; departure by Sunday 14:00 when parking and camping close.
The open air takes place in any weather. Inform yourself about escape and rescue options. In a thunderstorm the safest place is a car; offer others a seat if possible. In open ground crouch at the lowest point with feet together. Trees give no protection. Do not stand in groups holding hands. Stay at least 3 m from metal fences and masts. Not in water. Close tents and secure loose items. If bad weather is clear, the programme may pause; follow instructions and know the shortest way to evacuation areas.
For online shop orders you receive a confirmation e-mail and, after payment, your tickets (QR) by e-mail. Wristbands are issued on site at the box office against the paid order. Historical postal dispatch (registered mail within 3–10 working days) no longer applies to the current web shop.

The 2020–2022 COVID exchange/refund rules were a historical statutory scheme and no longer apply to 2027 tickets. Current statutory rights follow the AGB and FAGG.
